Education
Dr. Kevin graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with his Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology. Earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he excelled at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. During his time in dental school, he volunteered on a dental mission trip to Guatemala and served in public health clinics throughout Denver. He was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honor society for top academic achievement and awarded with the Dr. Soloman Averbach humanitarianism award given to a student who shows outstanding compassion and concern in patient care.
Advanced Training
Dr. Kevin Moore earned his DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he volunteered on mission trips and in public health clinics and was recognized for academic and humanitarian achievements. He completed an intensive General Practice Residency at University of Colorado Hospital, gaining advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Moore stays current through study clubs and the prestigious Kois Center, focusing on evidence-based, state-of-the-art care, and is committed to lifelong learning to provide the best outcomes for his patients.
Home Life
Dr. Kevin met his beautiful wife, Krista, in dental school and they are joyfully raising their two sons, Caden and Elliot. They love spending time together traveling, exploring Colorado, cooking, and discovering new restaurants. An outdoor adventurer, Dr. Kevin enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and mountain biking. He grew up playing hockey at Boulder Hockey Club and continues to play weekly. An avid sports fan, he loves to cheer on all Colorado’s teams – CU Buffs, Colorado Avalanche, and the Denver Broncos.

Rachel Blum, DDS
Education
Dr. Rachel grew up in upstate New York and completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Binghamton before earning her dental degree from Touro University. Inspired by her father, who is also a dentist, she developed an early appreciation for the positive impact dentistry can have on people’s lives.
Dentistry
After many years in New York, Dr. Rachel moved to Colorado in 2023 to complete a two-year General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado, serving as chief resident during her second year. Her advanced training in prosthodontics, surgery, and comprehensive, patient-centered care equips her to address a wide range of dental needs with precision and compassion. Dr. Rachel is thrilled to be joining Dr. Moore and looks forward to providing exceptional, personalized care to the community.
Home Life
Outside the office, Dr. Rachel enjoys hiking with friends and family, soaking up the Colorado sunshine, reading nonfiction, and usually sipping a cup of tea. She has a genuine passion for learning and dedicates much of her free time to continuing education.

Esteemed founder of Alan D. Belenski, D.D.S. (now SoBo Dental Care), Dr. Alan Belenski has left his mark on the Louisville community over the past 40 years. Delivering exceptional dental care and compassionate dedication to his patients, he has created a legacy worth continuing.
He is overjoyed to be passing the practice and his legacy to his trusted partner, Dr. Kevin Moore. Knowing everything he’s created will live on and his patients will be well cared for, Dr. Belenski looks forward to spending more time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He will also enjoy more golfing, traveling, and Buell Theatre productions, Avalanche hockey games, and CU Buff football games.
